With Nuron, Hilti is launching a new cordless platform that radically simplifies work on construction sites, enhances tool park management, drives performance to much higher levels and improves operator health protection. Nuron is based on a single battery system that covers all relevant applications from light- to heavy-duty.

The Hilti Group has improved its sustainability rating, given by the international agency EcoVadis, from silver to gold status within one year. This puts the construction technology group in the top 5 percent of all companies that have received a rating.

Hilti Emirates had the pleasure of welcoming Gypsemna Company LLC at their Head office in Dubai. A discussion was held leveraging both entities expertise aimed at providing innovative solutions to their customers that would improve productivity and safety while reducing downtime across the construction industry here in the UAE.

Twelve awards in two competitions: Several Hilti innovations received iF and Red Dot awards based on their design quality and degree of innovation. The Jaibot construction site robot was cited in several categories and was named among the “Best of the Best”.

In the shipbuilding and Oil&Gas business segments, high quality welding, bolting, and clamping is sometimes considered an art in itself. Plus, skilled labor is always in high demand and affects the overall cost and delivery of any project. Hilti recognizes this as an opportunity for disruption, developing products that can revolutionize fastening on steel. 

The Hilti Group achieved sales growth of 12.1 percent to nearly CHF 6 billion in 2021 and increased the operating result disproportionately by 16.3 percent to CHF 847 million. The strong recovery brings the Group back to the pre-COVID-19 crisis level.

The Hilti Group achieved a sales growth of 13 percent up to CHF 3,872 million as per end of August 2021. Both the operating result and net income significantly increased compared to one year ago, with CHF 613 million (+38%) and CHF 466 million (+48%), respectively.

The Hilti Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Fieldwire, a San Francisco-based construction technology company for an approximate $300 million. The strategic acquisition will bring together Fieldwire’s best-in-class product and Hilti’s global brand and market reach to help drive productivity at contractors and on construction sites.

The Hilti Group achieved total sales of nearly CHF 6 billion in 2021, 12.1 percent above the previous year’s level. In local currencies the increase in sales amounted to 12.2 percent.

Hilti and Trackunit have announced a strategic partnership to advance digital transformation in the construction industry. The partnership is focused on bringing global scale to the tool and equipment connectivity domain.

In the first four months of 2021 the Hilti Group increased sales by 14.7 percent, to CHF 1925 million. In local currencies, growth amounted to 16 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.

By the end of 2022, Hilti will build the largest photovoltaic plant in Liechtenstein at its headquarters in Schaan. More than 4600 solar modules, installed on an area of around 1.5 soccer fields, will supply the Hilti Campus with solar power in the future.

This year, the iF and the Red Dot juries honored four new Hilti products for design quality and degree of innovation. No less than two of them emerged as Red Dot "Best of the Best" category winners.

In the first four months of 2022, the Hilti Group achieved a 5.6 percent sales increase to CHF 2033 million. In local currencies, growth reached 9.0 percent compared to the same period last year.
