If you need it, we’ll supply it. No matter how simple or complex the order, our worldwide distribution network will make sure your order goes where it needs to go.
If we’ve got it in stock we’ll deliver your order within the next 1-2 working days, when the order is placed before 16:00. Our delivery times are between 09:00 - 17:00, Monday – Saturday.
Freight for Deliveries to customers who have not purchased Hilti’s Smart Subscription Plan will be charged, as follows:
- Orders below 100,000dhs will be charged 2% of the total order value for the packaging and forwarding fee.
- Orders of 100,000dhs and above will be charged AED 2,000 for the packaging and forwarding fee.
Express Same day deliveries (for all customers, excluded from Subscription plans) = 350 AED
HILTI ONLINE DELIVERY
All orders placed on the Hilti Website before 16:00 will be delivered within the next 1-2 working days. Our delivery times are between 09:00 - 17:00, Monday – Saturday.

REPAIR PICKUP AND RETURN
Hilti tools are built to last so that you can finish your project in a timely and efficient manner. But if a breakdown does occur, we’ll take care of it quickly and professionally. Book your repair online or by phone:

Hilti Smart Subscription Plan
Hilti Smart membership annual fee of AED 5,000.00 (plus 5% VAT) will allow you to enjoy 12 months of unlimited deliveries.
