If we’ve got it in stock we’ll deliver your order within the next 1-2 working days, when the order is placed before 16:00. Our delivery times are between 09:00 - 17:00, Monday – Saturday
Delivery charge for orders placed via Customer Service or Account Managers is AED 100 per order
All orders with 6 Meter Installation Channels carry an AED 350 delivery charge
All orders to be delivered outside metropolitan areas (outskirts) carry a delivery charge of AED 350
HILTI ONLINE DELIVERY
All orders placed on the Hilti Website before 16:00 will be delivered within the next 1-2 working days. Our delivery times are between 09:00 - 17:00, Monday – Saturday.

REPAIR PICKUP AND RETURN
Hilti tools are built to last so that you can finish your project in a timely and efficient manner. But if a breakdown does occur, we’ll take care of it quickly and professionally. Book your repair online or by phone:

For tools that are out of the NO COST period, a flat delivery charge of AED 10 will apply
