Delivery Service Levels

We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to make sure you get what you need, when you need it, and offer a whole range of options to suit your requirements from next day pre-9 am delivery to our two-day delivery service. Unfortunately, due to geographical transport restrictions, not all services are available across the whole of the United Kingdom (UK), however we’ll always do our best to make sure we deliver within the periods shown in the map below, provided all the delivery information is inputted correctly including: contact details, address, telephone number, item number.

We cannot guarantee next day deliveries to the area of Guernsey (GY), Outer Hebrides (HS), Isle of Man (IM), Inverness (IV), Jersey (JE), Kilmarnock (KA), Kirkwall (KW), Paisley (PA), Perth (PH), Truro (TR), Lerwick (ZE). Within these areas, we cannot promise a specific delivery time but always aim to deliver our products as quickly as possible.

Please note that dangerous goods in the UK require specialist transport provision according to the ADR regulation and may take an extra day in transit. This includes, but is not limited to, li-on batteries > 100 W⋅h/kg and gas cans GC 11 / 21 / 22 / 32. For the delivery of 6 m channel lengths, there will be a minimum of 48 hours delivery period.
